Find the Gaps.
Before They Find You.
S K SADIQ delivers independent MEPF audits and safety inspections across occupied and under-construction facilities. Code-referenced findings, prioritised remediation plans, and authority-ready reports.
Why Independent Audits Matter
Our independent auditors bring fresh eyes, current code knowledge, and zero conflict of interest — reviewing every MEPF system against the applicable standard, not just the original design intent.
Every audit produces a structured findings register with severity ratings, photographic evidence, code references, and a prioritised remediation roadmap. Reports are formatted for direct submission to Civil Defence, DEWA, or the relevant authority.
