Design Development
Full system sizing, equipment selection, and spatial coordination. Clash detection runs continuously. All calculations documented and peer-reviewed.
Construction Documents
Permit-ready drawing sets, specifications, and schedules. Coordinated with structural and architectural disciplines. Authority submission packages prepared.
Construction Support
RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, site visits, and as-built coordination. We stay engaged through practical completion.
